Delivery.

When you place your order, please provide a full delivery address. We are able to deliver items to yourself or a chosen recipient, such as your soft furnishings maker. However, please check with the recipient prior to ordering as to any delivery notes or samples they may require to match up the delivery with your order.

We will not accept liability for any mistakes being made with the fabric once the delivery has been accepted.

Before accepting your delivery, please check for any damage to the packaging, which may have been caused in transit. Unfortunately, orders are not covered once they have been dispatched from us.

We are unable to issue refunds for any items, which have been delayed or lost in transit due to circumstances beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your measurements for curtains, upholstery etc are accurate. Please double check your requirements prior to ordering, to prevent incorrect quantities being ordered.

Returns.

We hope you will be delighted with your fabric but, if not, please let us know as soon as possible.

Your fabric is printed to order and therefore we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind.

Returns will of course be accepted for faulty fabric (excluding inconsistencies such as linen slubs, which are part of its natural character). However, all orders are meticulously checked prior to being dispatched.

Unfortunately, once the fabric has been cut or altered in any way, it is non-returnable.
